VERY VERY TERIBLE AND DISAPPOINTED. I ordered the fab deal and had it delivered it costed me 37 dollars . The pizza was very worst (little burned, Not cooked properly, Taste bad too), Strips were half cooked (not cooked properly), Hot Wings were half cooked and there was smell coming out of them looks like they were very old. I ate like 5 of them and threw rest of them in garbage. The only thing that was good was Pepsi. That’s all. The stony plain busters pizza is excellent they cook the food properly but they wont deliver to where I live. I am never ever buying from Sherwood park location ever again. THEY ARE VERY BAD
Amazing food…best in Sherwoodpark!. We usually buy in pizza73 as it’s known pizza shop than Buster’s but we try it to have Busters puzza and I can say it is way better. They have 2 for 1 for all the pizza which is a good deal, we get the donair pizza which is the best and their canadian one. For sure i will keep coming at this place..good and friendly staff too. I recommend for everyone to try it. The only thing negative is location is hard to find but its right beside midas.
The food is good the people are scam artists. If your ordering delivery make sure you get a receipt. They didn’t tell me that there was a delivery charge which is what it is I feel it’s unethical, and than the delivery guy told me a price $5 higher than the charge when I asked the cost (didn’t offer a receipt) including delivery fee making his tip $10 ON TOP of the tip i kindly left. I realized the error within a few minutes of him leaving, called busters and the guy who answered had a real quick answer. To quick. Obviously aware of what happened although playing stupid and instead of trying to resolve the problem said a smug sorry. I would have just let it go as a misunderstanding before I called my only intention with calling is to make them aware and maybe GIVE RECEIPTS TO PPL??? but it couldn’t be more clear that this is obviously the way they feel is appropriate to conduct business. As a business owner myself and someone with a strong ethic code I AM PISSED. It’s not the $7.20 I over paid, the money has nothing to do with it. It’s that there’s people in this world who get satisfaction out of cheating and lying to another person for the cheap price of $7. Really? That’s the standard you hold yourself too? What a pity.
Busters Pizza SUCKS !. We try new places every friday. Delivery only. We have all different kinds of food each time. From all different places, to find what and where we like best. Busters Pizza was the absolute worst that we have had in the last 3 years! It was as cold as the weather outside, the wings were dry and shriveled up like chicken jerky! They made their Cesar salad with iceberg lettuce instead of romain. The pizza sauce was horid. TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!

I’m a regular at this restaurant. I have enjoyed pizzas and donairs here. The pizzas are made to order with great ingredients, and the cheese is cooked on top of the other toppings!The donairs are amazing. I asked the owner, Danny, how much the jumbo donair weighs and he said 6-8 pounds! He double cooks the meat, too. So every donair is cooked fresh and thoroughly.The food is super good, but the main reason I love coming to this Buster’s is because of Danny. It’s pretty obvious that he loves his customers. He’ll talk to us and ask questions about our lives, and he’ll remember our names! Danny is a Christian man and he really loves talking about Jesus. I’ve read some reviews on here that slander Danny’s entire staff just because he is a Christian. I think that is ridiculous! The people at this Buster’s are courteous, friendly, great cooks, and they care about giving you quality food and service. Enjoy a donair on your lunch break and bring home a pizza for your family!
Food was pretty good but the man who answered the phone was extremely rude! And the delivery driver, a lady, was also very rude. We won’t be bringing anymore business here simply due to the nature in which we were treated.
