The local bakery I frequent. Always smells great with friendly staff. Vienna sourdough and Ham cheese pull a parts today. Today they have three types of hot cross buns to sample.
This is another location I used to go to as well. Again, awesome baked goods and all fresh. Fast friendly service. I like how each cobs bread bakery donate their breads to charity at the end of the night and not throw them out. Good for you Cobs Bread!
Really love Cobs and frequent this location. Bread is fresh and although pricier than a grocery store, there is very good reason for that and well worth it!If I was the franchise owner I would spend a lot of time focussing on customer service though. Little things like greeting you with a smile are typically missed and IF they could get someone behind the counter that was genuinely as excited to serve me as I was was to buy fresh bread I really think they could increase sales significantly. Instead they just ‘do their job’ giving me what I ordered, very transactionaly and out I go. Offer me something I haven’t tried that you love and I’ll probably buy it…
