Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL staff – came in for a take out order that took almost an hour. Numerous people got their order before us & when we questioned them why, one of the staff – rude excuse of a person (white male in his 40s) told me to shut up, then told my husband to f-off & tried to instigate a fist fight. Never in my entire life have I ever witnessed or have been subjected to such a show of disrespect & unprofessionalism from a person who is in the customer service industry.
I’ve eaten here a lot over the last couple years and always found the Pho tai great. I ordered a month ago the number one and the broth smelt normal but tasted like water (thought it was just a one off. Not a huge deal. )Today ordered the usual #1 and everything smelt great but I did notice the portion seemed definitely smaller for a large. But the taste was still off not entirely watery but almost sour and a bit bland. I am convinced they changed their broth recipe for the worse. Will be going to Pho Hoan from now on in Millwoods.
