Ive been here twice and just forgot to write about it the first time. Its a great treasure in Sherwood Park. Delicious food and friendly staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere.Oddly enough both times Ive been here I was with my sons and parents. The first time was in the summer. My dad had the Special which was a turkey dinner! My boys had the Mexican burger (I cant recall the actual names as I forgot to snap a pic of the menu as I usually do) with Poutine. They LOVE Poutine and said his ranks as one of the best theyve ever had. My youngest raved about the gravy. My mom had a Rueben sandwich, which she loved. I had the Pesto chicken and arugula flatbread. It was fantastic with a nice base and great mix of flavours. Id order it again any day.Last week we returned. My dad went for the special again, but this time it was Prime Roast and he was once again most pleased. My kids had the exact same thing as last time…proving that it was indeed a good and spicy burger. They had Poutine again as well…of course. My mom had the chicken BLT burger. I was craving Fish and Chips. I really liked the batter..not too thick which is perfect in my opinion. The slaw was good but it was labeled kale slaw and there wasnt a lot of kale in mine so that was a bit of a disappointment.We shared one piece of the carrot cake with cream cheese icing…melt in your mouth good!Met the owner who chatted with us a few times. She is a wonderful woman, so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return here.
