Give these people a chance! If you’re reading the reviews and decide to pass on this place because of them, please don’t. I can say that the new people are friendly and extremely helpful from experience. I had a cupcake craving a while back that prompted me stop be here for the first time. The girl behind the counter was friendly and because there were many options, I stalled and she was still very patient. I picked 4 cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, lemon and carrot). The cupcake names are so cute (Lemoney Snickett), and while the vanilla and chocolate tasted like the standard, the lemon was better, the carrot was the BEST (I was forced to split this 3 ways with my familia). If I’m ever in Sherwood park again I’d grab more of the carrot for tge strong heavy flavor that just had me drooling. While the lemon was pretty great too I couldn’t help but notice that the frosting was a little crusted, a sign of a not so fresh cupcake. Perhaps for the non-fresh cupcakes, they should offer a discount on them (I know other places do this). If it wasn’t for that, this would have been a 4.0 review.
