Was great! Ordered delivery on a Friday night. Came in the time indicated , was hot and in great , sturdy takeout containers. Food was yummy. The curry chicken was really good with just enough heat and sauce.
Delivery takes forever. An hour 30 minutes for 3 items for delivery on Friday night. Holy Batman, I think they were killing the cow for my beef and broccoli. Sorry. First and last. No second chance. The driver was rude, food was soggy and cold, need to say more.
Brutal!. Terrible service over the phone.2 hours for delivery, 4 phone calls annoyingly asking directions, which were not hard at all. Food was cold, and when questioned manager over the phone. All Attitude.First try, last chance. Puke!
Good food but be prepared to wait… They are the slowest Chinese restaurant I have ever been to.
YUM, YUM, YUM. We tried Huku Chinese Bistro for the first time last night and we had it delivered. Not only was the delivery fast (42 minutes to be exact)…the food….A-MAZING. It was hot and delicious and every dish we had was spiced right and tasted wonderful. I have been a loyal customer to another chinese food establishment in Sherwood Park for over a decade but I have to jump ship! The food at Huku speaks for itself. Very happy customers and we will definately order again.
Awesome chinese food. We’ve been going to Huku for a few years now, and it is our favorite place for Chinese cuisine The food is always hot and fresh, their Wor Wonton soup is stacked with chicken, shrimp, veggies, etc. and everything we have ever tried has been really tasty. I think they’ve been struggling with getting service staff, so I don’t discount any reviewer that’s gotten slow service. We’ve had times where we’ve been in and out in a half hour.. other times we have had to wait quite long for one person’s dinner. So they do need to improve on that. But the food is always ALWAYS worth the wait!
Our go-to place for Chinese in Sherwood Park. We’ve ordered a few times from HuKu and we are happy to say that we have found our place for Chinese in Sherwood Park. Have tried others, but were disappointed. Some items we have ordered: Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Dry Garlic Ribs, Sesame Chicken (LOVE IT), Beef with Black Bean & Garlic Sauce (an all time favorite), Szechuan Fried Rice (awesome – it’s actually spicy), Szechuan Beef Chow Mein (also spicy), HuKu Special Foo Yong. All were excellent. Plenty of beef/chicken, etc. in each dish. Fresh. Reasonable. We couldn’t ask for more.
