Stopped in for supper Hostess is quick to seat us at an inside table. However was not able to tell us if or what the specials of the evening were. Waitress arrived ten min later. Martinis ordered for the table. Took 15 min for dry martinis to arrive. Served not ice cold, watered down and heavy on the vermouth. Olives dropped into the bottom of the glass so hard to eat. Have to comment on the bartender tasting the drink before giving to the waitress. Used a straw but really a bartender that has to taste a plain martini? Cheese and artichoke dip, chicken wrap and a monster closure for the table. Dip is lacking flavor of artichokes or cheese is a creamy dish with dried spinach leaves and tomatoes? for garnish chips and pretzels pieces are lacking salt. Chicken wrap arrives cold with grill marks, lacks hot sauce and has cold salt free fries. The closure is huge, over cooked , and tastes and drops of grease. Very disappointing meal.
They had a large drink menu, and a decent sized food menu. Staff was relatively friendly. I know it’s a sports bar/restaurant, but the volume in there while we were there was a little too much for both of us. And I don’t mean volume of the people in the tables around, everyone is going to talk, that’s not unique. The volume of the music/televisions made it so we had to speak very loudly to each other to be heard, like you would in a night club for example. The atmosphere is kind of an industrial sports bar kind of look. I might try it again with some of the boys for a drink or two, but probably won’t be back with the wife any time soon.
