Supper at Via Cibo. This is a walk up to the counter and order restaurant, however food is delivered to your table by staff. First thing we notice is no Italian smells in this Italian restaurant. Difficulty finding a clean table. Tables have dishes removed, cutlery on them and crumbs and drink rings on them. Salad arrives first, disappointing size. One tomato cut into six pieces with five grape tomatoes cut in half served with five basil leaves, pre made balsamic glaze, and five very thin mozza slices. Linguini and gnocchi second courses. Both dishes are disappointing on flavor as both require salt pepper and Parmesan to taste of something. Cream sauce is runny and does not taste if Gorgonzola
