I think it would be good for you to teach your bar staff good sanitation of your beer lines. Its great that you want to have a large lineup of draught beers, but kind of pointless when they all have the same nasty taste- clearly caused by poor sanitation and a build up of residue in your lines. This is not a new thing with your pub either- given Seanachie a try a few times over the last couple years and consistently the same.
