I went there at 12:20am one night and the sign said the drivethru was supposed to close at 1am, and they closed at 12:20 atleast.. this isnt the first time. Sometimes a business will close earlier, but almost an hour is a bit ridiculous. Its just kinda frustrating when you go all the way there just to find they closed early. If its due to a shortage of staff, put up a sign to let people know. Also when you do order they always forget something, either its a straw or a missing fries etc. SO make it a habit to check the bags before leaving, because it sucks getting home and someone is missing their fries.
Worst Wendys in Calgary!!!!. This location is by far the worst in Calgary. Terrible customer service and really rotten food! Do yourself a Favour and run in the other direction. Going here will make you hate all Wendy’s locations! I know the only reason they are still in business is because of the location in the upscale Richmond Hill area, where people have more money to throw away on them selves and their kids. This location would be run out of town if they opened up any where else in Calgary. I wish Wendys’ head office would just shut them down.
