Still one of the consistently better ramen places in Calgary. Chicken Karaage is moist, while Tsukemen dipping sauce is very concentrated and deep. Cha Siu is also caramelized nicely. jonlin.ca
Delicious ramen but a limited variety – only 3 wet and 2 dry. Must get more variety to be a full 5 stars! Other than that, the food was delicious and table seating spacious. Gagana is actually owned by those who own Gagana Ramen in Japan and their wet ramen is served lukewarm, pretty sure how it is in Japan so people can eat fast – still delish though! Check this hidden gem out!
