I hate giving bad reviews but the experience I had at this pub leaves me no choice. I went in about 9:00 PM on a Tuesday night. I had just put in a 12 hour shift so I was hungry. The place was busy but still a few tables were empty. I sat down and waited. Being busy, i expected a few minutes wait, but despite 2 waitresses hovering around, I was completely ignored for well over 10 minutes. I went to play a video lottery thinking that one of the waitresses would see me and ask me if I wanted a beer or something, but again, totally ignored. After quickly losing $20.00, I sat back down at my table…and waited. Again, I was totally ignored. I suppose to the waitresses, serving a table of hunky young baseball players was far more appealing than serving a middle aged man sitting alone. After 40 minutes or so, I got up and left. As I was leaving both waitresses, who were just standing at the bar, both looked at me as I left. I smiled at them as I walked out the door. So, I now know what it feels like to be invisible!
