Had the chicken Philly and a side Caesar salad, both were exceptional, the salad was huge. The Philly was great, lots of onions and peppers. My favourite neighbourhood pub.
Great place!. Came in for monday night pizza last night- as usual the pizza was awesome and service was great! pam served us tonight and made us feel welcome and at home. she is always on top of re-filling our drinks and we love being serves by her. the whole team at Ballys is wonderful – great place to catch a game and enjoy some good food and service!
Nasty service. My girlfriend and I went for dinner and we were ignored as we walked in. No welcome greeting whatsoever. We ordered food and it took more than 15 minutes to get 2 hamburgers. The server had a cold and a nasty coff and she was sneezing on her hand and wiping her nose just before bringing us the utensils. It was disgusting. We never saw her washing her hands even once. The soup was so salty, it seemed like they were just adding water as it was consuming. She came 10 minutes later to check on us and offered to bring more drinks when our drinks were over half full probably not to bother to walk the extra 10 feet to our table again. Then when ready to leave we waited for another 10 minutes watching the server talking and showing her phone pictures to other guys sitting at the bar. We had enough and decided to go to the register and ask for the bill. BTW I think this place can afford not to buy cheap frozen french fries when you charge 6 bucks for 4 small bacon strips. Lame.
Watch your wallet and double check your bill.. We used to love coming here, staff wonderful,food good but now we have a different feeling. We were honest in telling the staff that someone left a $ 100.00 in the VLT. Guess what? The most seasoned waitress took the $100.00 and put it in her purse.Wow! Lucky Bally’s to have staff like that. Won’t be back.If you go watch your wallet and check your bill!Very sad for the good staff there.
Ballys food has always been good.. But now that they revamped their menu (lots of southern style) it’s great! And as always there pizza is 10x better then most pizza joints. Stop by have a drink and order a pizza you won’t be dissipointed.
