Neatly tucked away behind a memory express, this food trailer was easy to attack. First thing on the menu was a deep fried bacon wrapped hotdog. Sold! Knock that off my food bucket list. It was delicious, homemade aioli mayo on it. It came with 2 sides, I chose the coleslaw and fries, over the baked beans. The cokeslaw was awesone, just wished it came with a bit more. For 9 bucks its a screaming deal over many of the other over priced food trucks.
