Delicious food, good location and friendly staff – all around a relaxing yet upbeat atmosphere, great place to eat/drink by yourself or with friends. Appropriate for both casual and professional meetings. I usually go for the Zen salad or the Fiesta ! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy lifestyle .

Very disappointed at this location. I was at the West Edmonton Mall location a few weeks ago and had a Cobb salad. It was well made with dressed greens on the bottom and sliced egg, blue cheese, bacon, etc… neatly layered on top the way a Cobb salad is supposed to be. By comparison, the Calgary Trail location threw everything in a bag, shook it up and dumped it all in the bowl. No care taken in putting it together at all. Certainly did not resemble the pictures. Considering I was the only customer in the building there was no excuse for such shoddy work. Would not recommend this location.

Great service with great food, and very clean restaurant.Lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free option, this is the right place for me, everything is fresh and tasty. I’ll keep coming back!!!

Had the spicy lemongrass soup with chicken. Soup looked and smelled good. Missing some Flavor. Overall it was good. Location looked very clean and inviting Very interested in trying what else is on the menu
