Really!. Hey Gateway!I love how your managers and staff eat pizza in front of customers..especially while they are waiting for their drink order. Very unprofessional. ..What can i say…total disaster. Not to mention what a horrible smell..this place reaks of raw sewage.
Bad service. This is the one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. We tried to rent some pool balls (for an exorbitant fee) and the waitress said ok, left, grabbed herself a drink and didn’t return; this apparently is the typical response here.
Was there bowling today & ordered some food. We got dry ribs, when they came out they were soggy & there were only a few of them. We paid pretty much $1.00 per rib. When the waitress asked the kitchen they said it was correct and that’s now a full order! The service & food are horrible. We will now be going else where for bowling and games!
