New menu & I got excited. They have smoked brisket & cabbage which wasn’t the case. The meat was tough and cut with the grain & not against. The meat wasn’t smoked more pickled, but did taste ok. I have to say I did talk to the bartender about my concerns. I want to say that the cabbage was done to perfection & some of the best mashed potatoes I have had in any bar. Please give them a chance, food is usually great. Everyone has set back when introducing a new menu.
Dirty kitchen. Manager is incompetent plates dirty no one cares complete theft of my money far better places to eat I wish the owner got serious about the poor rating he had online
One word… Bad! We walked in expecting bad service which they are known for (17% rating) but we still went as they r the only place with snooker tables. However what we didn’t expect was disrespect from one of the wait staff! The 4 of us were essentially invisible in her superior noble eyes. She said she would only serve us if she had a minute while she had all the minutes with other tables. When we asked if she could take our order and clean up the table from previous customers she gave us the look and said we would not get anything if we kept talking like that and we could have just gone to the bar and ordered ourselves. (Seriously what does she think she was hired for? Isn’t it her job to take orders??) I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!
Played pool tryed to order food on a slow night and natalia failed to aknolage we ordered food and was surprised when we reminded her. The smell of mouldy carpets and the mess from previous customers visit was appalling to say the least.
Great. Went for lunch, good service, good food, I can recommend the Shepherds Pie. Scored Free Oilers ticket through a draw.
I have never received such terrible service. I don’t even expect much for a sports bar like this, just a friendly server who checks in once in a while. I was in a large group and our waitress was completely miserable to all of us. She would take an order and leave, totally forgetting about us and not even bring the drinks we ordered.
This is the worst bar ive ever been too, ive been going there for a few years and all the waitresses consistently SUCK! Have to go to the bar after twenty mins of waiting just to get a drink, terrible music also.have I mentioned the Waitresses are soooo terrible
