Dinner at Hung Phat tonight. We are greater at the door by a friendly server who seats us immediately. He returns right away with a pot of tea and waters for us. First thing noticed about the menu is that it is large. Pages of items to pick from. We decide to order a seven color vermicelli bowl and a beef pho bowl. Dishes arrive a few minutes later delivered by the same wait staff. Beef pho bowl is large and has a rich and full flavored broth. Beef is tender, noodles are cooked and it is served with a plate of sprouts and basil. Seven color vermicelli bowl has prawns, sugar cane shrimp, in house made spring roll, chicken, pork and two different kinds of beef. Under the rice noodles is lettuce , cucumbers and carrots. Bowl is very full ! All proteins are cooked perfectly and have great flavor, spring roll is hot, and crispy, and sugar cane shrimp is tasty and served still on the cane. Thanks for dinner, it was great! Note- large free parking lot out front of restaurant.
