Okay….but. The prices appear to be creeping up, but I feel its still okay. Not as enthusiastic as I was before, but would definitely eat here again.

I love their cafeteria, it has so many options and freshly made food , the fish and chips are really good and their pasta salad with coleslaw is amazing

Ikea hot dog combo and frozen yogurt prices went up. Is it wrong to think that I am paying too much? So used to paying $.75 for frozen yogurt…now a dollar but at least they added chocolates flavour. I will suck it up…. still a bargain.

Based off its fame I was hopeful IKEA would deliver. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed even though my expectations were set appropriately. For $6.99 I would way rather eat at McDonalds. The line was long. The famed Swedish meatballs are reminiscent of breakfast sausage.

I have eaten a few times here only when I am shopping at Ikea. It’s been awhile since I have been back to Ikea as I needed to buy something today and so I also decided to stop here for dinner with my parents. The line up wasn’t so busy, but there were lots of people eating when we got there. You get what you pay for and for the prices of the food here…it is not that bad and the food tasted pretty decent too. The fish and chips was alright as the exterior was a bit hard. The fries were really good though. You can never go wrong with the swedish meatballs; that was good. The salmon wheat pilaf was really good. The gingerbeef was alright while the rice and veggies lacked seasoning. The eggroll was kind of soft and not crispy…so that was a little disappointing. Overall, good atmosphere, some pretty good and really good food plus it’s cheap.

Edible but unpleasant. Haddock was stale and chewy instead of fresh and crunchy. Luckily portions were very small. Vegetable medallions no longer on menu. Rest of meal sub-par. Ikea used to be good enough. Not anymore. Possible change in management for the worse? Definitely lower quality standards.
