Kathir food experience is a really good restaurant. The service is prompt and straightforward. I have ordered the Mysore masala dosa and the plain masala dosa, both of which were excellent. I think the only suggestion I have is to make the restaurant a little brighter. The ambiance currently is quite dim and could use some improvement.
We have been looking forward to trying this quaint place called Kathir food experience. Upon entering we saw 2 servers.They were not overly friendly nor welcoming so it was a little intimidating. We proceeded anyway. We were going to try the daily feature bit opted for the paneer masala dosa which was quite super light crispy golden rolled rod and delicious. We decided to try another the chicken dosa. It came out flimsy folded and really overcooked in the middle. We asked the server if we could get it remade but he said no. In the end we ate around it … it was spicier than we thought it would be. Earlier when we were asking about spice levels they said they could make it milder. While we enjoyed the first dosa we didn’t enjoy the second one. It was flimsy snd soggy and dosa was over cooked in the middle. Unfortunately our Kathir food experience was a flop.
