Food: 0.5/52 peoples, ordered seafood pancake $14.99, stir-fried glass noodles $14.99 and Soft tofu stew with seafood $13.99Seafood pancake ($14.99), my 0.5/5 is actually for the texture of the seafood pancake, I love the seafood pancake here, they are very crispy outside and soft inside. BUT they are the only Korean restaurant that I ever been to use the LESS amount of seafood on the pancake. You pay for the price of seafood pancake, but you will get 99.99% of green onions on the pancake instead of seafood.Stir-fried glass noodle (14.99), they are just ok, definitely can skip this dish, and the portion is VERY SMALLSoft tofu stew with seafood ($13.99) Taste like they used some sort of seafood MSG powder to make this tofu soup. And same thing happen, I pay $13.99 and I only received two small clams (I don’t expect a full bowl of seafood, but at least slightly more than just two clams?)Service: 5/5It was a Thursday night around 6, and there were only 4 tables, wasn’t busy at all. Food came very quick and our server did come to check us.Overall: If you like tofu stew, I personally think tofu house have better tofu stew, But if you like crispy pancake, this place is definitely have something you looking for but expect that you don’t get what you pay for. I will never come back and don’t recommend it unless you are looking for a good service instead of food.

Very tasty food,my first Korean BBQ experience. I had the Spicy pork Bulgogi and was very impressed with my meal.Sampled my friends beef bulgogi and was very tasty,my boyfriend had the Bi Bim Bap and said it was lacking flavor in comparison to our dishes.I agree it could use a bit more flavor, but other than that awesome food all around

I’m always up for Korean food and Korean Grill looked like a good choice and I was not disappointed. Located on 34ave literally down the street from Ginseng. The parking lot is kind of cramped and is littered with potholes. But once inside you’ll find a cute family operated Korean restaurant. The place is open yet spacious enough with nice tables. The staff are friendly and they have call buttons just like in Asia to call someone over if you ever need anything. I was craving Ssam and I had to get their Seasoned & Steamed Pork Limb. Which comes out on this platter where the pork leg meat is sliced along with chunks of the bone. This dish is simply divine, the pork is bomb. The meat is fatty enough but still soft with a slight chew. You get all the fixings with this dish, lettuce, ssamjang, hot peppers, raw garlic and even fermented salted shrimp. Take all the named fixings, pork, a piece of kimchi and you’re in for an amazing bite. I also got their Fried Chicken Drumsticks and they came out piping hot that I had to wait a while before I could even eat the damn things. Perfectly crispy and super moist on the inside. Lightly seasoned and it comes with a side of sweet & spicy sauce. Their Kimchi Fried Rice is unique as they use whole grain/purple rice instead of just regular rice. It adds good complexity and mouth feel. Not too spicy and that fried egg on top completes any fried rice dish. Of course with any Korean meal you get a crazy assortment of side dishes. And my favourites were the potato salad and the Daikon Kimchi. I am super satisfied with Korean Grill and I cannot wait to go back to this little joint.

There are like 4 other Korean restaurants nearby so competition is stiff! The portion size was okay only, I got the fried chicken and the beef stew. I had hardly any meat and it was mainly soup which was disappointing. It tasted alright but I liked the red colour rice. The fried chicken was tasty, but it’s nothing like SFC. It’s an average place and there are other Korean restaurants that can offer the same or better.

Nice space, clean. Had the bulgogi bento box for lunch. It was tasty and fresh and reasonably priced compared to sushi bento boxes these days. I don’t eat Korean food regularly but would go back to this place.

Korean Grill is now my go-to place for Korean food. I’m starting to notice that 34th Ave is becoming more diverse with restaurants, which makes me excited about Edmonton’s growing food scene.Korean Grill offers a wide selection of traditional Korean dishes, ranging from stews to BBQ. To name a few of their quality dishes, a favorite of customers and myself is the pork bone stew. The rich stew is packed with flavor and is generously filled with meaty bones that is great for sharing with friends and family. Another recommendation would be the Korean blood sausage stew. Morsels of sausage, glass noodles, and veggies are only accompaniments to the deep and flavorful broth. This is the first time I’ve seen blood sausage (soondae) in Edmonton, and it does not disappoint! Some other positives about the the restaurant is that they have a button system at each table to call over servers – this avoids waving your hand endlessly to catch the attention of staff. Furthermore, the banchan (side dishes) are plentiful and refills are not met with reluctance.I highly recommend Korean Grill in the increasingly swath of Korean restaurants on the south side!
