Hands down one of the best noodle places in Edmonton. The hand pulled noodles are fresh and so good. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone near the area.
Hand Pulled Noodles with egg & tomato sauce & hot chili oil, Hand Pulled Noodles with minced pork sauce & chili oilBeen here multiple times, and multiple times ive been happy eating here. Usually get, well only get the hand pulled noodles here. While there are sliced noodles and rolling noodles, hand pulled is definitely the move. Hand pulled noodles with the egg & tomato sauce was surprisingly tasty even though it had no protein. The tomato and egg quality was shockingly high, and would probably suggest this dish to a vegetarian. Hand pulled Noodles with minced pork and chili oil is my fave. Presentation wise it looks like shit in a bowl, but it tastes very much not like shit. The chili oil, pork, green onions with the bok choy has such good flavor. Dont forget the noodles though, they are the main event here. These are noodles you just cant get at any Chinese restaurant, you got to get them here. NF is located on 34 ave and 99 st and is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in the southside. You get a sheet to order off where you tick off the boxes, so service is relatively fast but not great. Like most Chinese restaurants, the water service here is close to non-existent. But the noodles are slippery, scuse me, please me. Sal says: Just try it@adubalicious says: Good flavor. Soft noodles. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and it’s literally as the name of her place. You get a big bowl of fresh made noodles. The noodles are really good and you have various choices to choose from. I tried the hand pulled noodles with beef soup and the soup was flavourful. But the star of the dish comes from the noodles. Perfectly al dente.
Ahh Noodle Feast. I have been here countless times although it’s far from me because it’s just that good! My favourites to order are the hand pulled noodles with meat & chili oil, the cold noodles, and the rolling noodles in sour and spicy soup. I love the noodles because they are so fresh and so filling! The sour & spicy soup isn’t that spicy but it definitely has an authentic Northern China taste. The cold noodles is amazing, it’s only $7 and some people may order it as an appetizer but I could get full on it as the portion isn’t that small. Be prepared to wait if you go especially on evenings or weekends because it does get busy! I could tell that it is loved by many Chinese people as well which says a lot about its authenticity and taste!
Friendly wait staff (if a little overworked). Cozy atmosphere for a cold sunny January day. Waiter’s recommendation of sliced noodles with pork was great. Kid’s dish was also quite tasty: hand-cut noodles.
A lot of hype for nothing all that special! Came in first through the doors had our food menu ordered and handed back specifically requested to have our first 3 dry Noodle dishes can come out first. Ended up not getting put through, so when we ordered our next 4 soup noodles15-20 mins later, everything ended up coming out an hr later together. We ordered the handpulled and rolling noodles, in tomatoes/eggs and minced pork sauce, it was OK, edible. The next was the four Noodle soups with pork bones and beef bones, and minced pork, all three in the same styles of Noodle was bland. And the last hot and sour Noodle, looked the most interesting had a weird tangy flavor, another disappointment. When we got here, there was line up of up to 30 people before the 12 pm doors opened. So I’m sure my review will not do this place any harm, and there are gonna be people who rave about Noodle Feast, but if your gonna try this place out for the first time,go in small groups and try it yourself before you decide to bring a large group of people and family who may all get disappointed at the same time. Cheers to better eats!
