Deluxe Rice Noodle Soup, Spring Rolls, Pagolac Combination on Rice and Vermicelli, Salad Rolls, avocado smoothie #SoupSeason continues with Pagolac. The Deluxe soup is good stuff. Not only is it pretty big, it has tons of slices of beef with a good broth. Perfect for hangovers. Always order the spring rolls here cause they thick and filled with lots of meat. The Pagolac Combination is also a favorite here, just look at how big those meatballs are. Its got grilled pork, spring rolls, and meatballs. I prefer the vermicelli version cause dumping the fish sauce into the bowl makes the last bites better. Salad rolls here are ok, still prefer the spring rolls cause they are so damn tasty here. Homie also copped that avocado smoothie to cool your body down from all the hot soup. Pagolac has for a long time been a great spot for pho. They have 2 locations and I prefer the southside one over the Chinatown one. The southsides interior is really old looking and it seems like Bruce Lee could jump out of the kitchen and fight someone at anytime. Pretty cool imo. They also have a lounge that is perfect for sunday morning NFL watching.
