I was excited to try this place as Im all for kebabs. This place was a disappointment. The food lacks basic seasoning and spices. Just too too bland. The portions are small for the price. Overpriced food. The gravy/curry/ sauce that came with the rice was just too tangy. I could only get the tang of the tomatoes and nothing else. The beverage which was something with yoghurt and mint, maybe, was bland. No salt, no sugar. The only saving grace was the chicken kebab. The only thing that was delicious and edible. I wasted some good money that night. Im disappointed and wont be going back.
The worst food, the worst customer service and the worst owner. As everyone mentioned in previous reviews even one star is too much for this restaurant. We were very unsatisfied with the quality of the food and service, and the owner was very rude and disrespectful and said if you’re not satisfied you can leave and don’t come back. What a shame…

Excellent food (5 stars). Disappointing service and cold atmosphere (2 stars). After we decided what we wanted to order, the waitress came to take our order. 2 of the 3 dishes we asked for from the menu were unavailable. The waitress was unfriendly and offered no apology or substitutions. The dining area is one big room with no separators or any decor for privacy. The lights are much too bright – fluorescent overhead lighting, fully lit. It is reminiscent of the end of the night at a bar after last call when the lights come on.Despite the service and ambience, I would eat here again for the food alone. Tender juicy meat and the barberry rice is so good!
I’ve been to this restaurant a few times, hoping it would do well. Sadly every time I’ve been there the service was horrible!I know owner is trying to improve but you should never open a restaurant if you’re not ready otherwise people don’t come back. And first impressions are important. The food is good. Not the best and not the worst. But you’ll have to wait 1 hour for a server to take your order and another hour for the food to come out. And then another hour to pay the bill.I remember coming in and I was waiting to be seated when a party behind me went and sat at the table I was waiting for and was to be mine and the waiter did nothing about it. It’s frustrating. Then the waiter brought our drinks, 5 in total and one by one I might add. They were in bottles, but no glasses or straws to drink with. So we waited another 15 minutes or so before he came back with one straw-when clearly we needed 5!Another time, we went back hoping improvements were made, but it was the same deal; and they didn’t bring out half our order so we told them to not bother at all with it.What a shame! I was really hoping this would be a good place. But it is not. And it’s really sad to read the Google reviews and the restaurant are slamming other restaurants in the area and most likely vice versa. Who knows. I am so glad I’m not a part of what may be going on. It is very childish though. But I guess it’s like their immature restaurant-it’s needs a lot of growing up to do.
Food was very good. Well prepared with large portions. Environment was modern and clean with good furniture. Prices reasonable! The service on the other hand was unfortunately a bit poor. Perhaps due to the fact that the restaurant just opened and will get better as the staff get better training and experience. Management maybe be more receptive of the friendly feedback aimed at improving the business instead of taking a defensive approach!I was surprised that people can smoke Shishah (also known as Hukka or Ghelyan) in such a family environment flooded with kids. I think Shishah shouldn’t be served.
