Awesome food!! Went for lunch before the movie, and it was busy!! Although it was busy the staff was great, and we’re always moving. The manager even helped serve us. It was great service for how packed it was. Now I’ve been to lots of Ricky’s and they are so-so. This Ricky’s was by far the best!! Portions were more realistic, not tons with leftovers to tag along. And the food was amazing!! Surprisingly it was fresh and cooked perfectly. The noodle bowl and pasta was sophisticated. And the kids were very satisfied with their meal and also the toy they received in the end!! Great job Ricky’s South Common!!

Coffee does keeps coming through your our stay. Service makes up for the lack of flavors from this from a box and mix only products restaurant.
Don’t waste your time!. My kids and I went to the South Common location for an early dinner and I am sorry we did. We were seated almost right away(4:43pm) but it took almost 10 minutes to get our drink order and another 30 minutes for our waitress to take our meal order. Then Bernice (the waitress) gave us the excuse she had to help other tables first before she could help us! It was in the five o’clock hour the few tables that were there should not have taken 40 minutes to serve! After she took our order and waiting another half hour we received our tasteless meals… not once did our waitress come by to ask us how everything was or if we needed refills on our drinks (we needed to ask twice for milk for my son’s tea- the first time she brought him honey). The ladies room smells like stale dirty water. I think management had better take a long hard look at their employees and their business practices and either fix it or move on to a job they can be proud of. NEVER COMING BACK!
Allergy alert. I came into rickys and was very specific in my order and made sure to say to write it down that I had allergies and wore medic alert bracelet too. My food came and after 1 bite I noticed I felt funny. There was the items thru my food that I had specifically had Said that I was allergic to and make sure It wasn’t in my meal. They never made a new meal and would only offer 20% discount and still wanted the funds for the meal. Poor service !!!If I had went alerhey reaction then this would be even worse as to a possible trip to emergency and a big bill for them. Not impressedKitchen needs to be very careful.
Simply disgusting stay away. It was my worst dining review. The steak was bitter the presentation was shitty the service was awfull this place just needs to be shut down. Not fit for even rats

Terrible food and service!!!. My sister, niece and I went to Ricky’s All Day Grill after going to IKEA. We had been there before but to a different location and the food was pretty good. Tonight was the worst service and the worst food I have ever tasted in a restaurant. It took 20 mins for a waitress to get our drink order. I ordered a vodka and cranberry which was brought to me in a tall glass. My drink should have been in a short glass so I could taste the vodka. We waited over an hour for our meal. Even my 3 year old niece said why is the food taking so long? My sister’s meal was cold when she received it. My nice didn’t get her fries with the burger and my burger was pink. The sweet potato fries were too salty. I talked to the manager about my pink burger and she took my plate and started cutting it in front of me basically dissecting it. You do not do that in front of a customer. Very rude!I had asked if they could switch the Calgary Flames game to the Edmonton Oilers game since we are in Edmonton when we first arrived however nothing was done about that. We got a bit of a discount but in my opinion we should have walked out and not paid for a dime. Worst restaurant experience of my life!!! Do not go to this restaurant!!!!
