Pros- fast service, clean store, friendly staff. Cons – most tasteless pho I have ever had, pricy for what you get which isnt much. First off its cafeteria style so you order at the counter and they call your number when its ready. I dont have a problem with this but I do have a problem with them prompting for a tip when they dont even bring your food out and have a big sign on the garbage cans saying please clean your own table!I ordered the spicy northern beef noodle soup and 3 spring roll. Food was ready quickly as we arrived just before the lunch rush. Everything was hot and fresh but I was mildly annoyed we were not offered sprouts or cilantro. Spring rolls were very good. Pho however had no taste whatsoever. It may as well have been Cambells low sodium chicken stock. Even after spicing it up with the usual condiments it was still blah. Very low on meat as well and if youre charging over 10$ for a smallish bowl of soup it should have way more. Lunch for 3 with 3 bowls of soup and nine spring rolls was close to 50$ which is definitely excessive for what you get. We probably wont be back.
