We have been enjoying the pizza at Steakout for a couple of years now. Last night we decided to have pizza and I opted for their Canadian burger. On my third bite I bit into a piece of wire! Not a small piece but a piece that went through the whole patty. My husband got back in his truck and drove back to the Resturant to show them. The gentleman at the Resturant seemed to recognize the wire as being from the meat packaging. He apologized and offered to make a new burger to which I said no. I had lost my appetite. The gentleman said I could get a free burger next time. My problem is why did he not refund our money or offer to refund our whole meal. Even offer to give us a free meal. I mean really if I had broken a tooth or cut my mouth open I would have had to go get a tetanus shot. I am very disappointed.
I went there for lunch . It was really nice enough portion . Pizza was great . Soup were tasty and staff was so friendly . I will go back soon
Really good vegetarian gluten free pizza.They even had gluten free potato skins and fries,Delivery took about an hour but well worth the wait.
I’m very satisfied with the breakfast at the Steakout as they tend to serve a generous portion and tasted good. The onion rings are delicious as well. Coffee is good. The waitress was friendly and attentive to our questions.
Waited over 2 hours for our food. When it FINALLY came it was cold. When I called the restaurant for an update on where our food was, the girl was rude and unhelpful. Not pleased at all. Definitely over paid for 2 hour old cold food.
Best deep dish pizza in the city! Hubby had the meat lovers, I had philly cheese-steak pizza, both were nothing short of amazing. The toppings were full of flavor, the crust was not too thick and not greasy. The deep dish was not just extra crust, but packed with toppings. Loved! Will return!
We have been customers for years. We have finally had enough.Every time we eat there, the service sucks and the people working there are not the greatest. We were there today at lunch. There was only a few tables. We had to listen to those 2 women bitch about money missing for most of the time we were there. They could have discussed this issue at the front instead of making sure we all knew about it.The man served us, but we waited a long time to get served. The food was good this time, but usually not cooked enough. (hot hamburger)It seems that either management dont know, or care what is happening. As an example, why did the lady put her purse on the counter where you slice the meat for the sandwiches. That is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION.It was nice place before, but we say goodbye now as we have had enough of this crap every time we come there. I used to bring my customers there, but we only have so much time for lunch and cannot wait 15 minutes to get served and another 15 minutes to get our food. Can’t say it is because you are busy. Seems like the place is alot quieter now than before. Too bad things have gotten this bad. Gary
