Amazing Ribs. Stopped at this food truck when extremely hungry and ordered the BBQ platter. I was served the best ribs I have ever eaten. The meat on the top of the ribs were amazing. The platter also had generous portions of pulled pork and pulled beef that was delicious. The owner/operator suggested a horseradish / mayo sauce that was fantastic. Also had coleslaw and potato salad. Everything was delicious and was more food than any hungry man would need. Perfectly spiced. A must stop if you see this food truck in your travels.
Worth the stop. Just driving down the street looking to fill a craving and this black angel of a good truck cought my eye. I consider myself a rib guy and they filled the order. Lots of meat and not greasy. The owners chated with us and it’s easy to see the pride. I will look for them again. My wife had the pulled pork, she said more flavor(spices) Would be nice. Prices a about what’s expected for the quality of meat. A+
Expensive and dry. I was disappointed with the food from this food truck. The bbq ribs were dry and stringy, and the mashed potatoes were cold. There was not much sauce provided to help either. For $10-12, I found it expensive for the quality. Sorry, won’t be going back.
