Wow no whip cream!. I was in the building for some training and I ordered a mocha, because I was in dire need of caffeine and something sweet. I ordered a mocha and when he gave it to me I asked if I could get some whip cream, he replied that they don’t carry it… well I was curious and asked. He replied that he thinks it ruins the taste of the coffee, I asked well what about what his customers thought and he was completely dumbfounded… He basically advised me that it doesn’t matter what the customer wants, it’s his coffee shop and he is going to do it his way. Well being a previous business owner, you need to take into account what your customers want.And really, I paid the $3.50 and didn’t get my whip cream. Not the end of the world but a little disappointed with the attitude and response.
