This place has gone down hill with new name and owners. Greasy and space with little taste. I think they have cheapened out the quality and the content. Not worth eating there in my opinion.
What is going on.. I want to start off by saying this place served one of my favourite butter chickens! So flavourful, rich sauce. Tasty saffron rice! I get the same thing every time I order from here, even before they changed names! If you would have asked me yesterday, I would have 100% recommended it with glowing reviews!Today I got my regular, and I was starving, so anything would taste spectacular! And this really let me down. The rice was the WORST! (And I love nearly all rice!) it seemed to be something more similar to minute rice and was mushy, and really brought down the dish! The butter chicken was alright, a bit dry, and sauce seemed watered down. I’m not sure if they are just having a bad day, but this dish was not good at all!I normally would give this place the highest of rating! But because of my absence for a while, and such poor good quality, I just can’t.
First time eating here – we live in the neighbourhood and it was recommended to us so we decided to try it. Ordered takeout – Butter Chicken, Beef Curry, Navrattan (Veggie) Korma, with Coconut rice and Garlic Naan for sides. Asked for mild and it was just the right amount of ‘hot’ for us. Was ready in 20 minutes!Everything was delicious – the chicken and beef were both cooked to perfection, and the flavours were amazing.The only thing I found a bit strange was that it seemed like there were frozen veg. from a bag in the korma. Still tasted ok, but would like to see fresh veg. used, if that is actually the case.Overall, would highly recommend, and will be eating there again!
Very nice food. I came with my family and we tried buffet it was so good. Butter Chicken and Chicken Korma we liked the best. Staff is very friendly. Service was fast. Clean and Quiet restaurant. I would recommend for friends to try it.
Enjoyed it. Food has been always good but since change of onwnershipr from green chilli to Jaipur Restaurantin Sept. 2015, it has improved further. Service has improved a lot since changeover from Green Chilli to Jaipur Restaurant.Loved it and surely will visit again.
Since assuming the operation from Green Chili, the food has remained top notch and fresh. Management is friendly and interested in making sure you have a positive experience. Some of the dishes have changed slightly (maybe since the chefs have changed, not sure), but still totally delicious and just the right amount of heat for me. We tried our staples: Chicken tikka masala, madras, saffron rice, raita and garlic naan. Not a single complaint (esp. when served up with a Kingfisher beer). Nicely done, Jaipur.
What happened ?!? We ordered take out. We asked for the kachumber salad, which is supposed to be tomatoes, cucumber, onions and lemon juice. We got red peppers and cucumbers, that’s it!! If you are going to alter your recipe, advise your customer!! Ever heard of allergies? Tried calling them to have it corrected but the lady that I spoke with was uninterested and advised that was the new recipe. Wouldn’t have ordered had I known! The food is good but the service is pretty infuriating. What a terrible thing to do to your customers
