  Very bad experience. Pizza is good, but the old guy is like the soup guy on Seinfeld, I went in to pick up my order and I had a coupon for free pizza sticks, then I asked for my free dips because I was picking up, he yelled at me anad argued with me, I took the menu and it says free dip with pick-up, he told me no because I used a coupon, then he took the dips and all the menus to the back of the store so no one else could read them, I use to buy large qtys of Pizza for work functions from Basiles, now becasue of the old guy I will never deal there again and I tell all my friends to never deal with Basiles, one employee (I think he is the owner) has ruined my experience with Basiles. Atomic is way better in Stony anyways, if you deal with Basiles you encourage this guys distructive behavior

  Old guy I think the owner isn’t a very nice guy all the young guys and others are. The menu clearly says two dips for free with pick up and when I talked to the old guy on the phone he said no I need a coupon but when I arrived I got served by a young guy that have me the dips with no problems… Not a good man lol
