I have my doubts about this place staying open, the location never has been a successful one for restaurants. I could tell they are trying very hard to keep it afloat though! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food is good (I have had pizza, lasagne, and grilled cheese and all were delish!), the only thing that needs work is the atmosphere. The patio isn’t very inviting, ( when we were there last summer there were several wasp traps directly beside our table filled with the buzzing insects), they could use some shrubbery to hide the patio from the sidewalk and street a little bit. And the lounge half needs a major makeover.. It reminds me of a factory, not very welcoming, cold concrete floors and unfinished walls. They could use another pool table as well!
Service was excellent. Donair pizza very bland, way to many tomatoes. Hamburger was a good size and tasty. Overall average

Finally a GREAT STEAK. We’ve been quite a few times now and haven’t been disappointed yet. The food’s always been really good. The salads are fresh and crisp, not over dressed. the sweet potato fries are excellent and the New York steak.. wonderful. Always done to perfection. The donairs are huge and delicious. The decor is just a tad from being cozy, and if the plastic tablecloths were gone, would pass quite well for a fine dining decor. Also some new cutlery would fit the bill. We’ve had our forks bend over., Great specials on cocktails too. Service is attentive and friendly altho not fine dining service, the staff do well. I’d like to hear some softer dinner music and maybe see a plant or two just to add ambiance. Overall a wonderful place for dinner. I’d recommend it highly to my friends.
We stopped by on a Thursday at 630 and there wasn’t a soul in the joint. Very nicely decorated and clean with friendly service (she seemed quite bored when not serving us). Shared a pizza an it was very tasty-good sauce an fresh ingredients and crust was cooked really nice, but a little short on cheese. Too bad it wasn’t in a better location where more people would come
Not a lot to brag about here. They need help in the kitchen for busy times and definitely watch for the add on prices. They are trying to do too much and should probably condense the menu. Ordered salad and found 1/3 of my bowl filled with water. Pizza and pasta is good. Staff is friendly, though I forsee this one going under like the last ones did.
