i’ve been to this location many times and usually we would get friendly and prompt service, thank you to the manager and the few great waitresses. Last night however we went there and our service was sooooooooo poor. we waited to be served for about 20 minutes and yes it was packed which is understandable but our service was horrible. our waitress was not very pleasant, she was busy sitting and chatting with 2 guys in a corner booth, people that came after us got their food before us and when we finally got our wings, it wasn’t cooked all the way through. 2 of my friends ended up getting sick from the food there. very disappointed. while the manager and some waitresses are good, this one server just ruined it for the rest of them. it’s very unlikely that i will return to this location.
Terrible experience. You don’t go to a place like pint for a fine meal but you should be able to count on watching the hockey game and having a decent munch. They messed up out order twice. On the third attempt after we asked them not to fix it, they brought out nanchos with the ‘taco beef’ missing on the second plate. The ‘taco beef’ they put on it was an actual hamburger patty chopped up and thrown on there. Guess you got us this time, but we won’t ever be back for another.
It takes a lot for me to write bad review but here it is. If you can go anywhere else on whyte, go there. service is the worst. Dj thinks he will be the next hardwell! LOL20 Sep, 2014I was kicked out for requesting kendrick lamar. Dj is apparently super sensitive about having swimming pools of liquor and diving in! Lol lame!
God awful service and very average food. Every-time I come to the Pint off Whyte I get terrible service. There always seems to be tons of waitresses standing around the bar talking, yet it takes almost 20 minutes to get water brought to the table. Never seem to remember what you’ve ordered and by the time the food arrives at your table its already cold. Lots of bimbo-type servers only there to suck tips of out drunk patrons, without actually providing the kind of service that deserves tips. So many better places around to go eat at.
Food has gone downhill. The food has become barely mediocre at this place. It’s really too bad because they used to have a really good brunch menu. If they could go back to the way it was a three years ago, I ‘d be have brunch dates here all the time. This time my breakfast egg wrap was thrown together, cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. The potatoes were tater-tot throw-in-the-oven-frozen. They used to serve fresh potatoes. And they used to make a great steak Benedict. Now it’s a little bit of beef of two bits of toast. Disappointed. Won’t be back.
The top place on my list to NOT go to. The WORST service i have ever had in my entire life, and i have been through Canada! The red head waitress i had was very very rude and the service was slow! I don’t recommend for anyone unless wanting to be treated like dogs begging for scrapes on the side of the road. You like your dignity and self confidence? Then leave it at the door! Your opinon is not welcomed and you will be judged for it, even if your paying! You are a protesting hungar that they won’t fill and wound you for it!… Never again will i dine here.
