Amazing ‘greasy spoon’ type food. Great poutine, fish & chips etc.! Our poor server was definitely overwhelmed and over worked serving the whole restaurant by herself and taking what seemed like thousands of To Go orders she could barely tend to her tables. It’s way out of our way (we live in southwest Calgary) but I’d go back for sure.

Stopped here for an early dinner on our way back to Calgary from Drumheller. After reading the all the positive reviews for this place, we decided to stop here instead of the Strathmore Station for a family meal. The reviews were on point and we were very impressed! Don’t let the exterior fool you as it is attached to an older looking motel. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and they even include the kids meal for free! I had the Prawn Penne and it came with 5 large prawns cooked perfectly. The sauce was flavourful and the ciabatta bread was toasted just right. My husband had the Classic Poutine and Buffalo Wings, both were very tasty and executed well. My toddler had the kids chicken nuggets meal and the portion was quite large for a free meal. Will definitely hit this place up again next time we’re in the area:)
