The best fast food place in the entire west edmonton mall food courts. Bourbon and Louisiana chicken are my favorites along with the zucchini.
Having a part time job at the mall basically means I live at WEM, and one of the perks of being a mall rat; when you don’t pack lunch there’s loads of options to choose from. Bourbon St Grill is a go to. The chicken is bomb. It’s flavorful and they give a generous amount in each plate/box. Fried rice is a frequent, but they do have white rice you can get as well (Not mushy!!!! Yay!) Blackened chicken and the standard bourbon chicken are the choices of chosen and bounce back and fourth from. The blackened chicken has a nice little kick to it as well!
Not bad. I got a combo meal 3…. my chicken was burnt and my noodles were slightly undercooked but the carrots were good… won’t be coming back
Bad customer service. Very unaccomidating. Decent chicken though.
My friend and I with both our kids wanted to check this place out when we were shopping in the mall. Due to a food allergy I asked the lady if I could substitute a vegetable( corn) instead of rice/ noodle that they usually give with every dish. To my surprise she coldly replied NO. I explained to her that I had a food allergy and I really wanted to try this place as it was new but it didn’t make a difference. Both my friend and I were appalled and completely turned off at this point that we decided not to eat there. We also will not be back as we prefer to bring our business to places with employees that are more understanding and accommodating.
Consistently Delicious. I highly recommend this one, bourbon st. grill is just great, of all the food court options, this is the best.Go here, under 8 dollars for a one meat one veg one rice or under 10 for any two meats and you get a heap. The jumbalaya spicy rice is amazing with the bourbon chicken, absolutely mouthwatering and addicting, with the fish you get a great high protein meal, Ive never tried anything else they offer because the meal i get is always great, bourbon, fish ,spicy rice, and mixed veg. GREAT PLACE TO EAT WHILE SHOPPING, GOING TO GALAXY LAND OR ANYTHING IN THE MALL. I eat here then go to a movie often.
Pretty good… for mall food. Service = rapid fire, get and go, go, go!!!Room = Food court!!Portions = big, lots, more!The chicken is actually really good. roasted chunks of meat covered in a sweet ‘burbon’ sauce. When I craving mall food court, this hits the spot.
