Not really into the food here but I had a gift card that I needed to use up. Ordered the roma burger for lunch. It was alright of a burger and certainly not the best burger I have eaten. My brother and mother both ordered the riblings and they looked small with not much any meat on the ribs. Overall, atmosphere was okay, service was good, and food tasted mediocre.
Literally just left here 5 minutes ago after sitting for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. So can’t even say how the food was. I’m sure it’s good.

went there on a saturday night. sat in the lounge so my wife and i could watch the hockey game. server brought us our food quickly. after that it was downhill. i enjoyed my ribs. my wife thought her fish was overly breaded. but the worst was that after asking at the beginning how our food was we were ignored after that. we noticed the staff was all sitting down or standing around in a group. was out of water for the last 45 minutes we were there. felt ignored. let the male server know this. didn’t tip. won’t go back.
Dishonesty. The food was only average but the service was the worst at the WEM Tony Roma’s. We went there for a special occasion and the server entered the bill on the visa machine for an amount that included a calculated tip. Then, we paid tip upon this entire amount again as the visa machine prompted for tips (Yes, No, %, amount). The server did not give us the original bill and only handed us the final transaction receipt. I never imagined that something like this could happen, having confidence that all diners are relatively honest. Apparently this is not true and lesson learned, wouldn’t recommend going back
No.. Our server was intoxicated, it was very obvious. Left without ordering anything. A very scary experience for us.
Bland. I walked here with a friend, as I live a few blocks away and she had been driving 8 hours. I figured this would be better than Boston Pizza, which I haven’t had the best of luck with.Wrong.The service was just OK. Our server was nice, but not super attentive. We had wine (which is hard to mess up) and I had a burger. I think my friend had steak. My burger was so bland, it didn’t even taste like meat! I had my leftovers packed up, but ended up throwing them out when I got home. Force of habit, I guess.We swung by the liquor store on the way home to forget our woes…
