Hi, just want to say how disappointed I am with these dog bites I got from West Edmonton Mall location by entrance 48. The cheeses burnt and doughs really thin and burnt as well. I dont usually get them like this. I talked to one of the workers named CAHN and all he said to me is Im sorry he didnt do anything to fix the problem. I didnt want to pay for a new one and get it at the other location which is at the other side of the mall. I am just really disappointed, I cant even eat it as it tastes burnt, I literally just wasted my money. Can you please do something about this complaint, maybe talk to the staff at that location. Thank you.

I have been to a few wetzels pretzels locations before but this on wasnt as prompt and the pretzel wasnt freshly baked , and the staff was quite confused them selves
Half price pretzels on Wednesday!!! It’s so buttery and greasy and not good for you. But omg the aroma and smell draws you in. The pretzel bites along with the cheese dip is SO good. Though the items under the heat lamp end up being soggy and not as crispy as the fresh ones you can ask to wait for a fresh batch. Service is fast, I mean it’s a kiosk fast food so don’t expect personable service. Frozen blue lemonade is a yummy way to wash the butteriness down!
Come try because it’s the new hype. Try to order something that’s fresh out of the oven and not under the heat lamp.. My first impression is mediocre because I got the Jalaroni that was sitting under the heat lamp. I should’ve gotten the pretzel dog that just came out of the oven (followed by the crew saying fresh pretzels or something rather). I think this place has potential and I’m a big fan of American fast food chains coming into Edmonton. I enjoyed my pretzel at State & Main better because #1. it was in a restaurant and #2. It was baked fresh. This pretzel lost its freshness and the random dispersal of pepperoni and jalapeno just didn’t cut it. I liked how it was filling but it was nothing to write home about. Needless to say, this is the latest, hottest (or as warm as the heat lamp) thing right now so come check it out before it closes down like the other fast food chains (Johnny Rocket? Church’s Chicken? Red Brick Pizza?)
