If you want to have the worst customer service over the phone I have ever received, give this place a call. The guy here must hate his life and is forced to work here.
Poor service. Placed a order on the 14th St location. My order was delivered to me late and incorrectly. When I asked for the missing items on my order I was told to drive to the store to fix the problem and to pick up the missing item myself or it would be delivered to me next I place an order. What is the point of delivery if they can’t deliver it right to me the fist time? When asked to speak to the manager was told that there is none on duty and to take it up with the cops. Was then told they didn’t know who the mangers on duty is for tomorrow or a direct number to contact them at. Not impressed with this lack of customer service at all. I should at least be compensated to drive to the location to fix your mistake. Customer service is very low quality
