I believe the brothis made from scratch as I did not get any MSG allergy reactionandthe broth stilltastevery flavorful without the MSG component.I wasalso impressed bytheir pick-your-own toppings because I like my pholoaded with greens and spiciness.The noodles were slightly over cooked to my liking butstilldeserve5 out of 5 and I recommend this place to those who want aquick lunch/dinner or simplyjusttotake out.
