I basically go here for wings and deep fried pickles, and now mozzarella sticks as well. Love their boneless wings. Making my way through the different flavours. Service can be a bit slow when ordering food at times though.
The Pint is a great place to meet your buddies and watch some sport. They have tvs everywhere, so no matter where you sit you should be able to see a screen. The food is fairly decent pub fare. We’ve been quite a few times and the service can be a bit hit and miss. A lot of times they also don’t have all their advertised beers on tap. It’s still a good place though!
We came in on a Saturday, it wasn’t very busy, only the ground floor was open and there was quite a few empty tables. It took us 50 minutes to get our food after we ordered, and en out drink re fills took a long time. The food was decent when we got it, but one meal came out 20 minutes before the other, so it got cold while we were waiting for the second meal. The server did comp one of the meals, but we were late for our other plans that night which was a bummer.
We’ve been here quite a bit, as it’s right across the road from where we live. The food is very hit or miss, butmostly a miss. I’ve gotten their rice bowl Thursday feature, and it was drowned in sauce. Not a single piece of rice wasn’t super saucy, looking back, I probably should had sent it back, but because it was their cheap special I didn’t really want to make an issue over it, so I just picked the veg/meat out and left the rest. Their mini dog Monday special is great though, and it’s worth adding all of the toppings- their wings are also really good, and they have a ton of interesting flavours to pick from. We did send my boyfriends beef dip back the last time we were there though, it wasa huge soggy mess, and the meat was literally under the sandwich and all over the place. The manager was great about it, and not only took the dip off of our bill but also the wings we had, which was a nice gesture. Overall it’s a pretty decent place, with good prices and a nice rooftop patio.
Came here for a friends birthday. Their apple pie shots are tasty but dangerous. Have always been seated upstairs, the main level is always very crowded, very noisy and very cold for some reason. Their food is ok, nothing spectacular. Is I nice environment when there’s a game on as everyone gets super into it.
The worst place ever !! If you want to waste your money come here. Waitress hanging out with their friends, food took forever to get to the table what a bad experience !!
Don’t go here. I’ve been here multiple times, and it consistently takes over an hour to get your food. The latest visit was especially offending. Let me relegate my story.We got there at 6:45 on Taco Tuesday, and immediately ordered our beer and tacos. The beer came. The tacos didn’t. So we ordered another beer, and they came. Again, no tacos. After an hour, we excitedly see our tacos come out, only to go straight to another table that came half an hour after us. We tried to cancel our food and leave, but nobody could even find our bill. Turns out our waitress left without telling us, or putting another server on our table! We left and went to home & away across the street and it was amazing!
