  Less than impressed with the service here. Ordered a Caesar salad to go, added chicken, paid close to $15 for it… then sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Table after table got seated, came up to order, got their food. At the 40 minute mark, I stood up and the poor kid at the front counter looked at me panicked as he realised I was still waiting and called out to the back. The Manager brought me my meal, it had just been sitting there for almost 30 minutes, I expressed my frustration for how long it took – to his credit, he offered me a card for a discount on my next return, but I was annoyed and running late so I declined and left. This alone would not have warranted a negative review…I got back to my office, sat down looking forward to at least eating this much anticipated salad. They package the lettuce/fixings separately so it doesn’t get soggy, which is appreciated. The box with the lettuce was barely half full and there were THREE romaine lettuce head stumps in it – that was more than half the salad. Plenty of dressing provided, but I then opened the container of chicken, which I paid extra for, and that was my final straw… inside was a single piece of grilled chicken tender, no bigger than my thumb. So I paid nearly $15 for what equated to a side salad of mostly inedible romaine ends and barely 2 ounces of chicken.Needless to say the whole scenario turned me off Nandos, it was my first and likely last visit there. In this area of town there are TONS of options for a meal, so a single bad service experience & disappointing quality for what they charge is enough to keep me from going out of my way to return.
