Not bad for a pho place in the NE. Tender beef, pho broth good flavour and noodles up to par. Would eat again, it’s better than most the pho shops in downtown and west side. Well the truth is if you have a pho restaurant in the NE you can easily go bankrupt if it isn’t at least average.
The place itself is clean. I came here as my friend recommended it to me. I had the vermicelli with spring rolls and pork, and I must say that they have good flavor, the spring rolls aren’t over fried and the beef was not burnt and had a good flavor to it. Spring rolls were nice and smooth, and was cooked fully. The sauce was also good, I enjoyed it because it wasn’t overdosed with fish sauce, thus it smelled good. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, also another plus side to the dish.
