Disappointing. I would like to express my disappointment with our take out order tonight. I arrived on time to a pleasant server. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. The salad was warm. The meatballs were so over cooked that they could not be cut with a knife. The lasagna had such a small amount of sauce in it, it was too dry to eat. I threw it out. It was a huge disappointment when we were looking forward to a soothing dinner after a long day. It was my annual reminder to go elsewhere.
I’m hungry and angry. A couple times a year I remind myself why I don’t eat at the Sylvan Lake Boston Pizza. I placed an order for 2 Brutes with Caesar salads and waited 2 hours before calling to find out where they were. The first time I called the server hung up on me, presumably by accident. The second time she informed me that my order hadn’t left the restaurant yet. I cancelled the order and am now making tuna helper.
Had delivery- when your lucky enough to order on a day they do deliver, it comes cold and drinks forgotten. the cheese wasn’t melted on baked lasagna, chicken penne was frosty in center * pretty sure cook was hating his/her job
The staff is friendly and they always give me extra parm with my take out and I don’t even need to ask . They know me by name and always have my order ready when I get there .
Delishis food.But in all the times I have been there it took over 5 minets to get seated!
In addition we waited for our food for like almost an hour….06 Jul, 2012Service sucks… worst BP experience ever. our waitress disappeared. we asked the other waitress for assistance but she gave us attitude and refused to give service. she should have atleast asked other staffs or the manager. we went to pay at the front and there were 3 people doing nothing…. they called the manager to give us our bill.., no apology or no smile… no nothing..
Horrible service. I always order a chicken peacan salad and it’s always wrong. tonight, i ordered again to my work right across the street. it tookan hour and a half to get here with a sala and it was completely the wrong order. so when i called back and spoke to a manager, she wasnt willing to do anything about it. i worked at boston pizza as a delivery driver for 2 years and would never get away with this. each and every time. never ordering from here again. i will make my own chicken peacan salade thank you!
