Best fast food service!! Awesome friendly staff!! Even though I was waiting for food to take out at the counter I was asked several times by other staff if I’d been helped! So refreshing to meet youthful staff that are so polite and give a darn about customer service!! The girl also came around the counter and gave me my hot food directly to me! Very personable and friendly service! I know the owners and it just explains a lot! They are great people.. And I bet they treat their staff excellent and it shows!! Kudos DQ sylvan lake!!!
Utterly disappointed. I have lived here in sylvan for 13 years now and have had so may bad experiences with this DQs employees. And I am really quite easy to please, not having a track record prior to walking into this particular Dairy Queen. They are painful slow both inside and out, I have on more than one occasion waited in like for 45 minutes. And if you do have an issue with the food or the service then bite your lip because you will get nowhere speaking with either the staff or management. Worst fast food place to date
