Very BAD service. Went to Joey’s yesterday, terrible service, it was almost closing time, maybe the server was tired at the end of the sift but that is no excuse for bad service and very poor customer service. Screaming at the customers, saying she is overwhelmed, because the manager stepped out, that is not the customer problem if you are short staffed. And of course she mixed-up the orders and the bills…
Utter disappointment. There really was nothing positive to say about joeys in sylvan lake. Service was prompt to take our drink order and that’s about when the positive things ended. We all ordered coffee and water our waitress never even offered to fill up our drinks for the duration of our stay had to flag down the bus boy to bring us water. Never was offered to refill coffee (maybe no free refills??) Waitress was in the back we know she was not thing anything because we could clearly see her in the on her phone. Food was mediocre at best. More then likely will not be going back which is to bad seeing as it used to be good in there.
