Pizza. Deluxe
Great Food…but less than optimal customer service. I have ordered the pasta (both lasagne and spaghetti) many times and it’s extremely good! The sauce is amazing! Their pizza is by FAR better than the big box places available in Sylvan like Dominoes, Pizza Hut or Boston Pizza. My only complaint is that they never seem to answer their phone! Doesn’t matter lately if you call at 5 pm, 6 pm, 7 pm or even 8 pm….you get a machine. Are they closed?!
Verdict to be seen.. Obee’s has been in Sylvan for many years and I think survived due to the quality and freshness of the food. It was always had that homemade flavor . The owners were always friendly, laid back and accommodating. From reading some of the reviews seems the consensus is the quality as suffered a bit maybe at the pressure of the bottom life. Maybe fair enough , but in a small business in a small town the owner is who is the face and their attitude to customers will derive the success or eventual failure of the business I feel. My experiences thus far in my interaction with her is not that positive . I hope she reads, listens and reacts to what her customers voice. Remembering the success for so many years was due to the reputation of the quality of food and customer service. Time will tell…I hope they adapt a friendly manner of the past . Easier to smile and be helpful then to argue and be miserable.
Plzza and pasta. Since new owners the produce is not good, sauce is to strong. The pizza just doesn’t taste good . To me I would not order again. The prices have gone up not worth it. Took off some of the top produces.
Pizza sizes are small BUT Obees is by far the BEST pizza in Sylvan Lake. I would highly recommend them!!
Excellent pizza and pasta! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have tasted all the pizzerias in town and by far Obees is miles ahead in flavor toppings and great prices too.
Great pizza!! Lots of toppings for your monies worth. Lots of cheese! The pasta is tasty you can tell its homemade. Would recommend Obees to everyone. Great value for great food !
