Awesome. After being completely offended by the treatment I was seeing of customers at the 17th Ave location I decided to try this location.The customer service was stellar. The food was fresh, hot and delicious.
Tasty chicken & good customer service. Been to this location for lunch, Hungry man dinner was on sale $10, chicken was tasty and corn fritters were excellent. I was skeptic on going to the location based on reviews but good old fashioned customer service and overall experience was great.Keep up the good work guys.
People who complain read this!!!. For those who complain , please be quite because you do not know how to really eat the food. if u have a complaint call the store and they WILL deal with you!!! The reason why the chips not french fries are not hard or that good quality is because they are fresh. that is how you can tell it is fresh. It is not like other fast food franchises. other franchises don’t have fresh. you can tell they are fresh and not processed by the factories because !. they cook it in front of you. 2. when you eat it there is actually something inside , unlike others they do not have anything inside, just an outer layer. I like to add on is that most of you bring home the food . I personally who have eaten chicken on the way temple food know that the best is to eat right away and not wait. Plus they have fresh foods. I am sorry if any of you feel hurt in what i am saying but i am just angry because those people work really hard .
Bunk… 2/3 visits they shorted me items, 1 piece of chicken the last time… Chicken’s kind of greasy and fries are soggy.. not sure why they insist on wrapping everything in brown paper, just seems to ruin it.
CRAP. Orderd the hungry man chicken wasnt even crispy fries were soggy delivery was fast but the guy was rude and expected a tip when they charge 6 dollars for a delivery unreal i WILL NOT be ordering and wasting 20 dollars on crap.
Old Fries. I got take out here. Although I have tried two other locations that were fine, this one did not pass the test.There is little or no point in having fresh cut fries if they are going to be old. I went to this location because it was closer and I got stale fries. It ruins the whole meal. When you are using a recipe from the 1950s, it is not supposed to taste like it was made that many years ago.I realize they wanted to be careful before branching out from the original location, but the process has failed as far as I am concerned. I spent a lot of money and got something way below satisfactory. Are we supposed to unwrap our food right in the take out area and make sure you aren’t putting old stale stuff in there? Come on.
Was good. I went to this location the other day and it was really good. The service was prompt and friendly. They recommended the Hungry man as it was on special and holy crow do you literally have to be a hungry man to finish this meal. I got through my 5 pieces of chicken and had a couple of fries and I was full. There were lots of fries left over that my co-workers shared. Not bad at all for $10 worth of food. Chicken was crispy and fries were delicious. Good Job guys.
