Chinese food was always Chinese food to me, but this restaursnt takes the cake. The service is efficient and attentive in comparison to other Chinese restaurants. The dishes are more than generous with their portion, again different than other Chinese restaurants. Everything was fresh, well cooked and clean. The snow pea leaves, and shark fin soup are a common item to order but these items at Ruby Queen leave you wanting more.
Food is great! Service is very friendly, they serve quick, got to have the deep fried crab claws and the seafood noodles with cream sauce! Always come here for dinner and occasionally take out. Definitely recommended!
Always been good and fresh. Staff have been courteous and suggested a Chinese special one night that was a very good seafood meal with lobster. Sometimes just stop in, order and food comes out in 10 minutes or less and tastes great. 10% discount on cash take-out
1st time there. We ignored the bad reviews because every asian food restaurant had same poor write up. Service was excellent and food was as well. I will recommend and return to this restaurant.
Have dinner there tonight. They won’t take reservations. Read the previous comments,about customers complaining about their bad services and quality of food. What I experienced was, the server was not that professional and tend to rush customers to place their orders..anyway, this I didn’t find any problem, cause there is only one server to take orders.If I rate their service, I’ll give them a 7.5. For price, taste, and portion of their food, I’ll give a 6 for price, 8 for taste and 7.5 for portion of food. Will not go back in the near future, cause there are other restaurants that can do better than Ruby Queen, and they don’t have {special price dishes} on their menu…one last words, Ruby Queen’s staffs are not the same staffs as Jessica.
Dreadful. Just had the blandest Chinese dish from here tonight. Tasteless, hideous food with rude service. Will avoid this place like the plague
Beware. Went ruby queen today food was ok staff are extremely rude seems to me same old jessicas restaurant that was there before just changed the name and the staff are the same that worked for jessicas before. Felt like we were rushed and felt like we were being discriminated against when we paid and got the receipt it was in Chinese I canot read chinese I would not recommend ruby queen to anyone
