Really good Chinese food and good value. This is authentic Chinese food that tastes great. Will definitely come back. My mom immigrated from Hong Kong and loves this place.
New Year’s Eve Takeout. We have eaten in / taken out food from this restaurant for several years and our experience with takeout last night is sending us looking for a new restaurant. Firstly the prices have increased by 20% and the quality decreased by 50% …. no flavor compared to before. As an example, a chow mein dish that used to have small curry noodles in it now has large, dry unflavored ones (a recipe change for sure)! We will definitely not be returning!!!
Price / small dish of food is way too much the food is tasty but not enough of it ! Oriental noodle house a little more money / dish ! Easily more then twice the food and better!A rip off!
The place for peking duck. Been going here for a couple years for lunch and occasional dinner, very nice friendly staff, good turn around time, attentive service and most important, good food, especially the Peking dinner set. The set starts with crispy delicious strips of duck meat and skin with spring roll wrap and veggies, then the bones are used to make a nice milky soup and lastly the leftover bits of meat used to make a stir fry, nothing is wasted! Highly recommended. Your other typical chinese dishes like fried rice, lo mein, ginger pork are done well and are generous portion size and very tasty. This place has been here for a while,I’ve seen probably 2 or 3 changes to the restaurant beside it and every time i come here there are always a bunch of chinese families so that says the owners are doing something right. They don’t provide delivery which is a shame but still my place of choice after a day of shopping at WEM or just for a quick bite for lunch on the west side. They also provided catering, the portions provided for my work were very generous and well within budget. So generous we still had tons of leftovers after all the staff grabbed some for dinner that we had to donate to homeless shelter, talk about bang for your buck! This is probably going to be the new Chinese place of choice for future orders as it was a hit with my coworkers and is the best tasting chinese place on the west end by far!

This used to be my fav Chinese restaurant in the westend and been going here for a very long time… However, the quality of food and service have decreased to much (and worse-er each year) that I would rather drive to far to get some good Chinese food than come here.
Disappointed. Hit and sour soup had no flavour or spices. Chicken chop suey was watery and bland. Sprouts were brown and old. Chicken was not well cooked. Really an epic fail.
