Conveniently located in Terwillegar next to Nineteen restaurant. Barista was friendly and offered quick service. Meeting a friend for coffee was comfortable as they had a couple lounge chairs. Quite a busy location as they also had a bitcoin atm inside.
Great place for coffee. Friendly staff, clean tables, quick service and comfortable chairs. Restaurant is closing shortly and they staff still served us with a smile even though they had just cleaned the espresso machine. Cappuccinos were hot and great with just the right amount of foam. Thanks Waves!
The customer service here is so terrible. The cashier sneezed into her hands and didn’t wash it while handling our foodand drink. She did have gloves to warm up our food but still unsanitary. I decided not to tip when I always do so they didn’t bring us our food rather we had to go get it. Whatever! The lattes had a weird strong taste, probably because they didn’t clean their machines or didn’t clean it properly. I love Wavesother location on 199 Street. This location on Rabbit Hill is terrible. I’ll never go back unless there is a turnover of staff to do their job properly and be more sanitary. Prior to this particular visit, they gave me the wrong size latte only to make it my fault when I paid for a waves size. Took my latte and just topped it up with more milk. Such bad experiences here.
Caramel macchiato was perfect, and I had a delicious chocolate dipped biscotti. This was my fourth visit to this location. I come here on my lunch break and the service is always fast and friendly.
Perfect Cup of Coffee. We have been to several Waves Coffee locations and this is another great one. This was our first visit to here and we found there was a lot of great space and very friendly service. I ordered the Rooibos Cappuccino and my husband ordered a Cappuccino. Both were on par to what we expect at Waves, which is an excellent cup of coffee. We’ll be back! 🙂
